Next week the students will be completing the Iowa Assessments. They should come to school well rested and well fed.
The seventh grade students are leading the congregation in the celebration of the Eucharist tomorrow. Please join us if you can.
To honor Pope Francis' visit to the U.S. and to show solidarity with him we, the staff of St. Agnes Cathedral School, have adopted Rare Breed. A letter with a list of items went home recently with the plea to help.
The 7th grade class will collect Hot Hands and Foot Warmers. Please feel free to send any item from the list to school with your student and we will be sure to get it to the class that is collecting it. In Religion class this week, the 7th graders have been exploring Jesus' message to help the poor in Luke's Gospel. This is a wonderful example of a way we can do this. We will be collecting items until September 25. Please be generous. Grandparents are invited to join the school children for doughnuts this Friday morning in the cafeteria, and are welcome to join us for the all school Mass.
The Pot of Gold card sales end this Friday.
Thank you to all who have helped with this valuable fund raiser. Our first Early Out Expeditions take place tomorrow.
